Creative & Design Intern

Job Description:

• Design engaging marketing materials, digital assets, and other visual content in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team and/or other departments to produce effective visual content that meets specific needs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, including social media, motion graphics, and infographics.
• Actively support the ideation and development process of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in documenting internal and external activities through photography, videography, and the creation of visual content.

Job Requirements:

• Male/female, maximum 27 years old. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Communication Studies, or related fields.
• Having internship, freelance, or part-time experience is preferred.
• Passionate about creative and marketing fields.
• Willing to actively participate in discussions about marketing campaigns.
• Able to understand and translate design briefs into appropriate, visually appealing, and detail-oriented outputs.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Understands basic design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Basic skills in operating a camera and understanding fundamental photography and videography techniques.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
