It is priceless to be entrusted with various types of work that come with different levels of difficulty. The trust given ultimately exposed me to valuable knowledge and experiences. This is what I felt during the Executive Internship Program (EIP) at DDTC, particularly with the Fiscal Research & Advisory (FRA) team. With the guidance and support from the seniors, the concept of 'learning by doing' was truly brought to life and significantly contributed to my personal development—truly a learning opportunity like no other.
