Untoro Sejati

Since September 2009 as a part of Transfer Pricing team in DDTC, I have always got the chance to improve my knowledge. So far, DDTC has given me the opportunity to join three international tax courses. Firstly, in 2011 I had my first course as a participant at Permanent Establishment Workshop held by IBFD in Singapore. Secondly, I participated in Advanced Transfer Pricing Workshop held by IBFD in Amsterdam, the Netherlands in 2012. And thirdly, in 2015 I also got the chance to join Transfer Pricing Advanced Course Programmed held by Transfer Pricing Research Center, Universiteit Leiden.

When I attended these courses, I was so impressed by all the teachers that have deep understanding of international tax and transfer pricing issues, from conceptual to practical matters. They also have very broad understanding about the business world, the development of transfer pricing regulations in many countries, and the relationship between transfer pricing and other aspects of taxation. Some of them had been experienced in the field of transfer pricing for over two decades, they’re obviously very different from new practitioners in Indonesia who have just been concerned intensively with transfer pricing in the last decade.

Above all, these opportunities had given me so many experiences to gain better transfer pricing knowledge. Hence, I convey my gratitude to DDTC for always supporting me in improving my knowledge.
