Veronica Kusumawardani

I am one of the members of the Transfer Pricing team here at DDTC as under the scholarship from DDTC, I had the opportunity to learn about International Taxation abroad. Until now, I have had the opportunity to join three International Tax Courses, especially in Transfer Pricing topic. In 2011, I was a participant in Transfer Pricing Courses regarding the Principles of Transfer Pricing, held by IBFD in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. While in 2012, I joined the IBFD course again for Taxation of Supply Chain Management in Malaysia. Furthermore, in 2013, I also joined Summer School of Transfer Pricing Programme held by Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon, Portugal.

Throughout all the courses that I took, the lecturers delivered applicative explanation, so that I really obtained more comprehensive knowledge about transfer pricing. The lecturers were international leading transfer pricing expert from different backgrounds, such as academicians, practitioners, and tax administrators. All the materials presented by lecturer, gave me deeper knowledge about transfer pricing, and I was able to get deeper knowledge in accordance to recent development issues and transfer pricing issues that occur in Asia, Europe, and America. Moreover, by joining the course, I got precious moments and experience by meeting with other participants from all over the world, such as Belgium, Portugal, The Netherlands, Brazil, France, United States of America, Malaysia, Singapore, and many more.

Finally, I am so grateful for having become a part of DDTC and would like to thank DDTC, for the full scholarship that I obtained, all the knowledge and experiences that I got during the course. It was a valuable experience for me. Thank you so much DDTC for this great opportunity!
