DDTC is seeking a Tax Dispute & Litigation Specialist to support the handling of tax disputes and litigation, including the preparation of litigation documents, assistance in tax dispute processes, and ensuring that each stage of case handling is carried out in a timely manner in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle tax advisory and provide support in analyzing tax-related issues
- Assist in tax audit processes and preparation of required supporting documents
- Handle tax objection, tax appeal, tax lawsuit, and tax civil review processes
- Prepare, review, and ensure completeness of documents related to tax dispute and litigation
- Conduct analysis on tax regulations and dispute positions relevant to ongoing cases
- Support the execution of other tax dispute & litigation projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fiscal Administration or Taxation from reputable university
- Having internship experience in a related field is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work under guidance and follow instructions from mentors and supervisors within a team structure
- Willing to learn and understand the substance, nature, and objectives of each assigned project
- Expected to adapt to the working culture and gain understanding of the firm’s services and deliverables during the probation period
- Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
