We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. You will support clients in preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking analyses, and providing advisory services in line with Indonesian regulations (PMK-172/2023, UU PPh) and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer Pricing Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare Transfer Pricing Documentation (Local File, Master File, Country-by-Country Report, where applicable, and preliminary stages) in compliance with PMK-172/2023.
- Support annual disclosures (Form 3A/3B and other related-party transaction forms) and ensure compliance with SPT deadlines.
- Present transfer pricing documentation to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Benchmarking & Economic Analysis
- Conduct a comprehensive initial analysis of clients’ financial positions, including relevant market and industry analysis.
- Undertake data collection and perform interviews to analyze clients’ business models, functions, risks, and supply chains.
- Develop and conduct comparability and benchmarking analyses using financial and industry data.
- Perform functional and risk analyses to support the arm’s length principle application.
- Advisory & Planning
- Assist in transfer pricing planning, restructuring, and policy development.
- Support in identifying risks and opportunities in related-party transactions.
- Collaboration
- Contribute as an effective team member by sharing responsibilities, supporting colleagues, and keeping open communication with all members and stakeholders.
- Keep senior team members updated on progress to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Work closely with clients and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Taxation, Accounting, Business, or Finance Management.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Transfer Pricing Documentation.
- Experienced with transfer pricing databases (TP Catalyst, Orbis, etc) and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various other Microsoft Office applications.
- Possesses strong writing, research, and analytical abilities, coupled with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in Transfer Pricing, with solid knowledge of Indonesian regulations, OECD Guidelines, and taxation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Advanced proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to understand and analyze financial statements.
- Point plus: being a licensed Indonesian Tax Consultant, holding a certification in brevet, or having an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT).
