Fiscal Incentives for DKI Jakarta Residents and Addition to Documents Equivalent to Tax Invoices

The DKI Jakarta Government has recently granted fiscal incentives for its residents in the form of principal tax relief and nullified administrative penalties for various types of local taxes, such as motor vehicle tax and land and building tax in the rural and urban sectors. The tax authorities have also issued a regulation that adds certain types of documents equivalent to tax invoices. On another note, the government has also released a new regulation concerning VAT collection on the supply, distribution, and retail selling price of fuel oil as well as the procurement, management, and sale of stamps duties.
