Mengapa Harus E-Faktur?

In this edition, InsideTax discusses the issue of conventional tax invoice which will transform into e-invoice. Through the Directorate General of Taxes’ Decree Number 136 Year 2014, Taxable Enterpreneurs are obliged to file in e-invoice for every submission of Taxable Goods and/or Taxable Services as stipulated in Value Added Tax Law (VAT Law). The implementation of this decision is divided to three stages, and is currently in the second stage and has not become effective nationally.
