New Regulation on The Implementation of Taxpayer's Status Confirmation and Fiscal Facilities for Infrastructure Projects

The government has recently released new provisions on the implementation of KSWP for certain public services. Further, regulations on the ex-officio granting of NPWP have also been issued in connection with the provision of interest subsidies in the context of national economic recovery. This edition also reviews the restipulation of fiscal facilities related to public private partnership (PPP) in the provision of infrastructure. Finally, the government has also released tax receivable accounting guidelines and technical guidelines for the placement of excise bands.
