In the momentum where Indonesia will face the era of ASEAN Economic Community in the end of 2015, the provision of tax restitution may result in a positive stimulus for businesspeople in this country, especially to increase work capital and business competitiveness. Apart from that matter, in principle tax restitution is a Taxpayer’s right to regain the overpayment which has been submitted to the state.
