The response time can be considered expeditious, the contact person was responsive to all my questions. The procedures to conduct interviews are explicit. Although the interview was not conducted in person, the alternative option, via email, was accommodating. I am truly satisfied with DDTC’s services, thank you.

Suggestion:
I am unable to submit much input as overall, the entire process was satisfactory, but clarity regarding when the email containing answers to the interview questions will be sent would be appropriate.
