Interning at DDTC is a valuable experience for me. I believe DDTC is a place where I can obtain countless knowledge, in particular about taxation, that I never got at university. Here I am required to have a critical mind set, thoroughness and meticulousness in response to various cases. Additionally, I was guided by professionals and of course highly experienced in their field. Such guidance and direction enable me to perform the tasks well. DDTC also constantly instils continuous learning process to its employees.

As we are aware of, our knowledge must constantly be renewed and DDTC desires its employees to always seek new things for self-development. This can be seen by the frequent courses which can be attended for free by employees and interns. DDTC’s facilities are complete, and there is DDTC Library that provides various domestic and international books.

DDTC has also published several books which can be read for free at DDTC’s official website and undoubtedly, the books are highly qualified as they are written by highly experienced DDTC professionals. In addition, the working atmosphere in DDTC is very pleasant, because all DDTC employees are amiable and welcome with interns hence making me feel like I was not a stranger.

I would like to express my gratitude to DDTC for giving me the opportunity to experience a three-month internship program in the Tax Compliance and Litigation Services division. It is truly an honour for me to be part of DDTC family. My hope for DDTC is that DDTC can continue to improve its performance and quality and become the best tax consultant in Indonesia in the not so distant future.
