Having been given the opportunity to make use of the semester holiday with an internship at Danny Darussalam Tax Center for one month, I am extremely grateful. One month was relatively short, but in just one month I obtained priceless experience. I joined the tax compliance and litigation division. I learned a great deal about taxation, including Income Tax Article 21, Banking, VAT, how to conduct vouching, and so forth. Taxation was uncharted territory for me. Nonetheless, joining the internship program at DDTC has conferred the knowledge that is bound to be of great use in the foreseeable future. Thank you DDTC for this wonderful opportunity.
