Mr. Untoro Sejati, the interviewee, was very informative, open to all questions, despite the questions being out-of-context, willing to share knowledge, in terms of theory, practice, and so forth, was willing to spend a lot of time beyond the researcher's expectations and skip lunch hour, and still provided me with the opportunity to ask anytime and through any media (HP, e-mail, etc.).

Suggestion & Feedback: The researcher should ask questions in advance in light of the theme or topic of the proposal, thus the questions stay within the context and do not spend a relatively long time.
