The research request process to DDTC is convenient and simple. DDTC responded quickly to my inquiries regarding the progress of such a process. The interviewee provided comprehensible answers that were beneficial for my research.

Perhaps a specific contact person can be assigned for follow-ups hence students do not have to access through DDTC’s account
