Being given the opportunity to complete a 6-month internship at DDTC is something I should be grateful for and proud of, regardless of DDTC's reputation as one of the best tax consultants in Indonesia. For me, the internship experience here is more than a mere addition to my CV/resume, but the knowledge gained is beyond my imagination. I even obtained knowledge that I never encountered during college. Apart from knowledge, kinship and camaraderie are also applied here, notwithstanding the interns or employees. Like a second house that comprises a father, mother, siblings, and other relatives, they have been absolutely helpful, taught me patiently of what to do, and provided me with constructive criticism and suggestions. I started my internship on the same day as DDTC’s 11th anniversary. I was beyond fortuitous to experience the euphoria of those particular days where we decorated the room till late at night, practiced karaoke, and competed in numerous events. I shall never forget the warmth and togetherness among colleagues. When prayer time strikes, we are given an announcement inviting all DDTC’s Muslim colleagues to pray in congregation, which is rarely found in other companies. Moreover, every Thursday, there is always a religious study after dzuhur. For me, this means that not only should we pursue the world, but also the hereafter. To sum up, the opportunity to do an internship at DDTC has been my honour and pride.

In my opinion, despite its relatively young age, DDTC has proven its quality in the eyes of the world. I sincerely hope that DDTC will flourish in all aspects matters and as for colleagues, I wish you everlasting health and happiness.

On a side note, I still remember the second week of my internship when along with other interns, I talked with Mr. Darussalam whom I revere greatly despite the fact that at that time I was mostly silent because I could not believe that I was able to meet and converse directly with such a great person like him. Moreover, I still clearly recollect one Friday morning at the beginning of 2019 when he greeted me first and asked about me. It might have been considered normal by others, but for me, it was extraordinary. I hereby convey my thank you to him for inspiring many people, including me. When running into any of my former DDTC's colleagues in the future, I hope they will still remember either my face or my name.
Thank you, DDTC.
